OUT WHY BULGARIA
We want to teach people to look for conditions in which to develop, not to justify the lack of suitable conditions at the place at which they are located. Because conditions in Bulgaria do not allow the holding of competitions in different disciplines.
We also hope in this way and kite-Bulgarian uindsarfisti to go beyond the national level and to compare their achievements with those of everyone else in the world kite-and windsurfing community.
