Antoine Albeau and Valerie Ghibaudo are champions of the Costa Brava 2009. Both showed a landslide victory, and establish them as leaders in the lists of men and women respectively. Although conditions were not perfect and the wind was often quite weak are all held Driven.

It was really hard for everyone. Under such conditions it is so easy to mistakes. Looking back I'm pretty happy that I won the first round. I am satisfied with the outcome of the first 3 races.

With the new boards and weak winds, it is good to see that doing well in poor conditions. Now go to the windy part of the championship will be interesting to see how it all will continue. I feel some pressure from Ross, but the other guys are very level, this is just the beginning.
